Fibroblast

Natural skin rejuvenation without surgery

Fibroblast (using a Plasma Pen) is a modern skin tightening procedure that stimulates the body’s natural healing processes. During the procedure, microscopic plasma points are created on the skin’s surface, stimulating the active production of collagen and elastin—the proteins responsible for skin elasticity and youthfulness.

The procedure achieves a noticeable lifting effect without incisions, sutures, or lengthy recovery time.

What problems does Fibroblast solve?

 The procedure is suitable for correcting:

  • drooping upper eyelids;
  • fine to medium wrinkles;
  • sagging skin around the eyes;
  • nasolabial folds;
  • wrinkles around the lips;
  • skin of the neck and décolleté;
  • small areas of loss of elasticity on the face and body.
How is the procedure performed?

A local anesthetic cream is applied before the procedure to make the process as comfortable as possible.

During operation, the Plasma Pen does not directly touch the skin. A small plasma arc is created between the device’s tip and the skin, affecting only the top layer of skin without damaging the deeper tissues.

The duration of the procedure depends on the area and typically ranges from 30 to 90 minutes.

Recovery Period

After the procedure, small dark spots (scabs) may appear—this is a natural part of the healing process.

During the first few days, the following may also occur:
  • Redness;
  • Swelling;
  • A feeling of tightness;
  • Mild discomfort.

Scabs usually fall off on their own within 5-8 days, but sometimes the process can take up to 10 days depending on the skin type and the treatment area.

After the scabs fall off, the skin may remain slightly pink for a few weeks—this is completely normal.

When will the results be visible?

The initial effect is noticeable immediately after the skin has recovered, but the main results develop gradually.

Because the procedure stimulates new collagen production, the skin continues to tighten and firm for 8-12 weeks afterward.

How often can the procedure be performed?

In most cases, one treatment is sufficient.

For severe age-related changes, a repeat treatment may be necessary after 8-12 weeks.

It is recommended to treat the same area no more than once every 6-12 months to allow the skin to fully recover and form new collagen.

If the procedure was performed on the eyelids, for example, this does not mean you need to wait six months to treat another area. Other areas of the face or body can be treated after the previous area has completely healed, unless there are contraindications.

Possible Side Effects

Fibroblast is considered a safe procedure when performed correctly and aftercare instructions are followed.

Temporary and normal reactions include:
  • redness;
  • swelling;
  • crusting;
  • skin sensitivity;
  • temporary feeling of dryness or tightness.

Failure to follow the instructions (for example, picking at scabs or not protecting the skin from the sun) may result in pigmentation or scarring.

Important Information
After the procedure, you should:
  • Do not touch or remove scabs yourself;
  • Avoid saunas, swimming pools, and intense exercise until completely healed;
  • Do not use harsh cosmetics (acids, retinol, scrubs);
  • Apply SPF 50 sunscreen daily for 4-6 weeks.
Contraindications
The procedure is not performed in the following cases:
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding;
  • Acute inflammatory processes;
  • Skin infections in the treatment area;
  • Tendency to develop keloid scars;
  • Oncological diseases;
  • Decompensated diabetes;
  • The presence of a pacemaker;
  • Certain autoimmune diseases (subject to doctor’s approval).

Fibroblast isn’t an instant transformation, but rather the activation of natural skin rejuvenation processes. The results look natural because the skin is restored using the body’s own resources, gradually becoming denser, smoother, and firmer.

PRICE

How many Fibroblast / Plasma Pen sessions are required?

Results are individual and depend on age, skin type, degree of skin laxity, and your body’s response to collagen stimulation.

  • 1 session: usually sufficient for mild to moderate skin tightening.
  • 2–3 sessions: may be required for deeper wrinkles or more pronounced skin laxity.

Follow-up sessions are scheduled after 2–3 months (once the full collagen regeneration cycle is complete). If your skin requires a 2nd or 3rd session within a 3 to 6-month period for optimal results, it will be offered at 50% off the initial procedure price.
